Brewing Projeckt Smoofee Pineapple/Mango/Mandarin/Vanilla Fruited Sour, 6.7% ABV. Pours opaque bright orange with a 3/4 finger light orange head that left no lacing. Nose is pineapple, strong vanilla, mango, and mandarin. Taste follows, with pineapple taking the lead, moderately sweet, slightly tart, salt on the close. Thick and smooth mouthfeel, overall outstanding to incredible.

I shared a can of this beer with my old hockey teammate and good friend "Sixx" whilst in Chicago for a Pucks for Autism Tournament. It poured a smoothie thick hazy orange juicy color with no head no lace. The scent had fine notes of tropical fruit flare. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with creamy pineapple and mango presence....was not really sour or tart at all. The mouthfeel was fuller in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a solid beer....probably my favorite "sour" to date!
