I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a five sample flight. This Foeder Aged Lager poured a clear golden with thin off white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had subtle malt and yeast notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle leafy vegetable and yeast presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.
