12oz, canned on 7/13/23
On the pour, 1 finger of bone white head form on top of a hazy bright golden body. Head retention is quite poor, but it is a sour.
Aroma is less tart than I'd like, and it has a bright wheat beer aroma. Not the most appealing, very "beer" smelling.
Taste brings things up a few points, but it is still very light in tartness, and largely lacks any salt character. Quite malty. Not off, but not a great example of a gose. There is a slight hoppy bitterness in the back.
Feel is heavier than I'd like, as this seems like it wants to be light, but there is a surprising malty fullness. Drinkable, but again, not really like a gose.
Overall this beer is fine, but not worth a 6 pack. I want this to be brighter and lighter, and lean into the tartness and saltiness.

A very underrated gose. Briny and delicious!
