Mid sized bottle from source a few days ago.
Pours w about medium haze, minor cap and minimal lacing.
Some tart fruit on the nose.
On the palate is mediu Tarik, some wood, some smoke, red wine notes.
Complex and interesting. Bring on some funky cheese and crusty bread....mighty fine creation....well worth a try.

Reviewed from notes. Had on-tap at Crooked Thumb's Spring Fest, and served in a plastic cup.
A: Turbid orangish gold with fairly low visible carbonation. The pour is capped with a one-finger white head with good retention.
S: Lemon and orange citric acid, passion fruit and other tropical fruits. Grassy and some lactic tartness with wheat and biscuit malts. A mild barnyard and fresh hay in the background. A nice aroma, and fairly complex.
T: Orange-tangerine citrus with passion fruit up front. A dry lactic tartness, but this stays restrained. There are still grassy notes, but less barnyard than on the nose. Wheat and biscuit malt body. More fruit additions at the swallow, and these stay dry with a light tartness in the hang.
M: Good carbonation sensation, and a medium to light body. Alcohol presence is well-hidden.
O: Really enjoyable veer. Maybe not much of a prototypical saison - there's no black pepper, and it's just less yeasty overall. But a nice fruit-forward drink with a balanced tartness.
