Brewed with local wildflower honey, this golden Belgian-style tripel balances floral sweetness with subtle spice. A touch of rye adds a gentle, peppery complexity, while the honey lends a smooth, aromatic finish. Bold, bright, and a little bit wild—just like the bees.

From the growler in a snifter via the brewery while roaming with Bluejacket74
and the Little Lady (of course!). This solid little surprise pours a medium golden
amber with a moderate head of off white foam that subsides to a thin ring and
a light dusty layer. Nose of toasted rye, floral hops, honey, and subtle peach
nuances. Flavors expand on the nose with rye, floral honey, peach, and light
floral hops. Mouth feel is medium, medium light prickly carbonation, smooth,
and finishing medium dry.
Overall, a decent brew. Bought the growler without a taster which is fine, I am an
old fan of the brand as was Bluejacket74. That said, it is unique with the rye but
outside of the style (banana, bubblegum, clove, coriander). BUT, as a stand alone
brew it is solid.
Give these good folks some love Columbus, they are a local legend!
Cheers
