Appearance: Dark ruby/garnet beer with a thick off-white film that has decent retention but doesn't leave much in the way of lace
Smell: Very mild tart raspberries; fresh and simple
Taste: Very fresh/tart raspberries up front with mild malt in the background and just a HINT of bourbon vanilla; it ends nice and tart
Mouthfeel: Tart, and light-medium bodied
Drinkability: High; tart and refreshing
Conclusion: A really nice fruit beer, unlike so many others it's not at all syrupy or sweet; it's tart, it's thirst quenching, and highly quaffable; the only thing it's really lacking is a bit of depth.
