Pours very pale with almost no head or lacing. Aroma: slight sour sweetness - lwmon sweetness. Taste: first impression rather tart - lemon, pepper, melon. A little thin and sharp.

Yellow hazy body, lots of tight lacing. Lovely bright saison, lots of citrus in lemon, anise and limestone, an herbal bitterness in the close. Clean, crisp, tasty.
