Sample fight on draft from the brewery. Pours very clear and yellow; almost like clarified butter, not much of a head to speak of. Vanilla hits you in the face on the nose, and tastes strangely enough like an alcoholic cream soda (without the overly carbonated soda body). The real downside to this is that I found the sweetness to be cloying, the vanilla flavor comes from irish whiskey vanilla, to the point of being medicinal. It's a good beer, just a little too much for me.
