On tap at The Beer Market in Henrietta, NY.
This pours a light orange-ish color, with a small head, and no lacing.
Smells like...well, you know. Rye bread. It smells like a sweeter, maybe sugar coated piece of rye bread, with lots of caraway as well.
I didn't think caraway seeds would really work in a beer, but this is probably the only situation in which it actually would work, probably. There's lots of rye here, and they really do nail the rye bread feel, but it does feel a little bit slightly sweet, possibly. If the sweetness was toned down, this would be excellent.
This has a light bodied, with a pretty much crisp mouthfeel, and a good level of carbonation.
This is my first beer from these guys, and I definitely liked it. It had some issues, but the idea was really cool.
