On tap at the New York Wine and Culinary Center in Canandaigua, NY.
This one pours a light yellow-ish color, clear, and with a little bit of lacing.
Smells like grass, apricot, dough, white flour, and honey.
This is pretty simple, and quite light flavored, but what is here is definitely nice. It's got a very light hoppiness to it, slightly grassy, with light lemon and apricot as well. The malt character is kind of doughy, with a little bit of fruity yeast coming through. Although it's quite light, there's a lot of little interesting intricacies here.
This is very light bodied, but very crisp, with a good level of carbonation.
Given that it's a blonde ale, I'm surprised with how much this one impressed me.

Sample flight on draft from the brewery. Cloudy golden yellow with a pillowy white head. The body is light and somewhat thin, but rather crisp at the same time, definitely drinkable. Flavor-wise, there's some sweetness from the honey but I also got some dry grassy flavors as well.
