Sampled as a part of a flight from the brewery. This doesn't actually have any cider or apples in it, and is technically a kölsch according to the owner/brewer. Anyway, crystal clear, pale yellow with a tiny puff of head. Some fruity, and floral notes on the nose, but nothing obvious or intense to immediately bring cider to mind. There's definitely an apply-crispness, but the dominant flavor comes from the chamomile that is part of the brewing process. The body is light and finishes clean.
