Appearance: More then three fingers of carbonation on a fairly pedestrian pour is a bit too much, but that's really the only complaint here. The head stays around, fueled by the torrent of carbonation, which is the only thing visable in the cloudy, opaque yellow body. Laced like crazy no complains here.
Smell: Very grainy, as a multigrain bread vibe outshines the orange and slight spice. Warming doesn't really help improve things here. but it's adequately potent regardless.
Taste: Starts with citrus and coriander that overpowers the grain backdrop, but he quickly vanishes as the grain transitions over into a slightly spicy earth note. This is interesting, but the earth end doesn't quite fit a wit. Still it's different and that end spice note is interesting.
Mouthfeel: Transitioning is quite good, even if I wanted more citrus presence, as is the very high carbonation that sticks around exceptionally well. Despite it's aggressive appearance, it comes out masterfully smooth here. The aftertaste is also quite nice as well, as the grain and citrus take charge here, although there is a subtle dry note.
Drinkability: Light bodied and refreshing, but not quite as refreshing from the style. That said, I get the impression that they were trying to get that spicy end and limit that earthy spin which they did do a great job of. The beer also settles down very well for a beer with that much carbonation.
Final Thoughts: The brewer was kind enough to list his ingredients on the can, and wow there are a lot more here then I would think, and it also help me understand some of the nuances here. Flaked Oats for example I think explain the smoothness. The Citra and Galaxy hops I think are what reign in that earth note and of course, that spicy saison yeast is what they used to get that spice note. So all in all, this is a beer I do appreciate for the clear boundary push experiment it was, and with some more refinement I think this would graduate from good/great to great/exceptional. Give this stuff a shot.

Look: Hazy pale yellow with a huge 2 1/2 finger white fluffy head on an aggessive pour. The head is still a full cloud like finger after 5 minutes.
Smell: Corlander and lavendar. It smells faintly of a soap shop. Like walking into the Body Shop.
Taste: Slighly earthy with a dusty flavour at the front end. Orange zest and corlander comes to the front in the middle sip. Hints of floral notes of lavendar through out the drink.
Feel: Highly caronated as typical of the style. Very round and soft.
As an unpasteurized beer this should be stored cool. I picked it up from the LCBO, off the shelf, not in the cooler. It has a lot of complexity, but somehow the parts all don't gel together. I'd give it a solid B.

Pours a hazy yellow colour with a high loose head on top. The smell is bitter and spicy. The taste is again bitter and hoppy with coriander and pepper notes. In my experience this is a fair version of a witbier
