London Signature brewed by Royal Docks Brewing Company, with an ABV of 6.60% This English Extra Special /Stong Bitter pours out of a 12oz can into a pint beer. The color is a nice deep amber color with a nice white head. There is also a nice amount of lacing to this brew, it sticks to the side of the glass well. The smell is rich with sweetness, mixed with grains and malts with a slight roasted smell as well. You also pick up a nice amount of hop bitterness in the smell as well. So far London Signature is a nice inviting brew. Now for the taste, it is Bold and Rich with flavors. There is a lot of smooth grains and malts in this brew. A slight spicy sweetness mixed in, this is a nice touch to this brew. The body of London Signature is a solid medium. There is nothing overpowering about this brew, it has a super nice balance to it. I can't get over how smooth this brew goes down. It is really hard to pick up on the 6.60% ABV in this brew, it is just that smooth. The mouth feel is Bold, Rich, Clean, Smooth and Refreshing. Overall I am going to give London Signature a 4.25 out of 5. I would definitely look this brew up again giving the opportunity to. Royal Docks Brewing Company, did a super nice job with this brew.

Amber, some foam.

I got notes of amaretto interrupted by a Belgian inspired yeast.

Profiles here were varied and challenging to detect, this went the fastest, if only in an failed attempts to define it.

Interesting, will try again.
