Inspired by the midwestern (via Poland) staple, the Paczki, we took a bready and malty English base beer and jazzed it up for the holiday. Copious amounts of blueberry, vanilla, and lactose were added to channel the spirit and flavors of a blueberry paczki. Sweet, fruity, and very sessionable; all that’s missing is the paczki itself.

Pours a medium brown color with virtually no head. Aroma of breads and blueberries. Taste is sweet vanilla and blueberries. No hoppy bitterness noted. Smooth and creamy.
