The look of poor man's Guinness. Little aroma. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Some bitter chocolate flavor. Decent and enjoyable.

Served in a shaker pint glass on 10/2/15, poured on nitro. Near black ale with 1" tan head which receded over time. Modest lacing.

Modest level of aroma - hints of coffee, dark chocolate and roasted malts.

Flavor much like the aroma, a very nice blend. But, it truly tastes diluted 50/50...a shame since the flavor was good. Aftertaste was also somewhat watery.

Nice creamy mouthfeel, but ends up wanting more.

Nice starter...but this beer needs to be taken up a notch or two.
