On tap at Birch's into tulip.
Minimal aroma - some light bitter hops.
Look is a gorgeous dark gold. Like translucent tree sap.
Taste let's you down a little. Mainly due to the quality of other Birch's beers. Hop flavor pleases but is all bitter (true to Columbus) and a heavier mouthfeel. Only 6.4% - but feels heavy with all the the malt character.
Overall not bad. But after one you'll move on.

Dark amber color with the malt carrying this hop load. Dank, citrus, evergreen, earthy, herbal, and mint in the aroma. I think this might rival Toppling Goliath 1492 for a Columbus single hop IPA. They both got the most character out of the hop. A little more balance with the heavy malt component to make it more approachable. Very enjoyable.
