A brown IPA. I expected a little more malt balance out of this beer. I think this beer will turn out to be the customers least favorite. Not very approachable and will frighten both light beer and dark beer lovers with its heavy hop bitterness and flavor. Almost seems like they used Columbus hops in this beer as they did in their single hop IPA. The hops need to be toned down some to let the darker malt come through.
