Clear amber color with a finger of head that settled to a thin film. Just a little bit of sticky lacing is left down the glass. Never knew Chinook hops could be this dank. Behind that is pine forest floor and a hint of citrus. The flavor is also dank with less pine and more citrus. Bitterness is moderate and has a bit of sweetness from the malt which is a bit sweeter than West Coast style. Carbonation is a bit low from a few day old growler but it was adequately carbonated at the brewpub. Did not enjoy it as much as their Columbus or Mosaic IPAs but still a very worthy addition to their single hop collection.
