Very fine IPA, with great use of simcoe and mosaic, bringing a nice mix of citrus and tropical fruit flavors and more earthy berry and weedy notes together. Lively prickly mouthful, sunstantial body without being heavy. Delicious stuff.

Clear, dark amber with a finger of head that had good retention. A little spotty lacing is left down the glass. Aroma is a combination of tropical fruit and dank hops. The dankness is a little bit more prominent which I expect from the Mosaic hop. Flavor has subtle notes of mango, orange, and pineapple before the dank and weedy component takes over until the finish. Has a bitter bite before it mellow to a fruity ending. I am drinking this a day after a growler fill but it is still outstanding with a smooth carbonation and a robust body just like straight from the tap. Birch's has yet to let me down with their IPAs.
