Collaboration Brew with Indeed Brewing Co. Kettle Sour with Indeed's house culture with 100% Chevallier Heritage Malt, Amchur (Green Mango Powder) and lots of Tamarind Fruit.

Poured from a growler into glass.
Clear, pale amber colored body. Fizzy head upon pour quickly dissipates. No lacing.
Sour and fruity aroma and taste. I have not tasted tamarind before but the taste is more than just a lemon sour. Ingredients include a mango powder. Very crisp and dry finish. Induces additional sips.
Puckering mouth feel, and prickly.
Tasty sour ale, rather one note, but good and refreshing.
