Peach Lambic

Brewed and bottle at Birch's Lowertown. This is a fascinating beer and maybe even world class. Complex assortment of funk, sour, and peach and the peach comes third in the flavor which is quite surprising for a North American sour. Aroma that is quite funky with notes of funky cheese and barnyard with some peach. Quite puckering upfront that crosses over to funky midway through. The peach comes in at the finish. Lingering tartness that lasts a good long time. Light body with moderate carbonation. It is too lively during the pour but is not lively enough while actually drinking the beer.
