750ml can filled 7/17/25 into a Becker glass.
L: Pours a murky sun tea color with a fizzy cola-like head that instantly is nothing, light carbo, no lacing.
S: Pungent citrus, pine, cat pee, distant berries, a hint of alcohol with warming, a hint of honey, morphs lighter over time.
T: Taste follows aroma and is tart overall with notes of light candied citrus, candied plum & berry sweetness. There's a light & dry fruit bread note late in the lingering finish. Light alcohol with warming.
F: Very lightly brisk then wet with a flat middle and a medium-long fairly dry finish. It's kind of juicy.
O: Look and feel are off style. It is a good tasting beer that needs refinement and some work. It is hop frwd and fruity. It is okay to good in its style.
