750 ml can filled 7/3/25 into a Hefe glass.
L: Pours a clouded apricot color with a 1" off white head that recedes to skin and edge foam, steady fine carbo, light open splotchy lacing.
S: Wheat, grains, banana bread.
T: Lightly sweet grains, wheat banana bread, yeast, a hint of raw honey, rather bready in the finish along with mingling orchard fruits.
F: Smooth medium to med-heavy bodied feel with a flat center and a smooth medium length finish.
O: Quite good. Very traditional with all tastes firmly in place. An easy drinking Hefe that displays a slightly lighter touch with nothing out of the ordinary. It deserves praise and is very good in its style.
