This is a very nice saison. doesnt smell like a ton, some yeast and mild citrus. The taste is quite tart, with a significant bitterness from hops, but not in a bad way at all. Very easy drinking for the acidity level. enjoyed all around

Solid oak-aged Saison. At first, I was getting a weird artificial aftertaste that was coming from the oak, but that seemed to subside after three sips or so. This one is nice and tart, with lemon and citrus at the front, slight funk, bit of astringent oak, smooth finish with light Belgian yeast. Just the style of Saison that I like. Will probably explore a lot more before buying this again though, price point was prohibitive.
