Pours a nice golden color with pillow white lacy head. Nose is full of bubblegum and wine barrel notes (Citrus & Berry). Flavor is the same, a bit sweet for me. Wish is was a tad more dry, but overall flavor is great. Mouth feel is nice for a barrel aged Saison. This is a great beer!

Beer has a nice look. White head dissipates quickly. Beer is a clear light medium gold. Very good look. About perfect for the style despite it being barrel aged.
Smell is very good. Bitter earthy and citrus notes and a light sweet pale malt note mix very well with the fruity kind of kiwi and strawberry notes from the wine barrels. There is a bit of the alcohol and wine yeast coming through which makes it even better.
The taste is pretty similar but less acidic notes and is bit more fruity.
The feel I'd good. Medium body and smooth. Body is unusual thin like wine but biting carbonation gives it texture.
Overall a really good beer. You don't lose the saison notes but gain a nice wine fruitness from the wine barrel. Go for it.
