Crowler purchased 7/14/16 poured into Aslin Teku glass.
L: 3F soapy head, good retention, leaves lacing and a cap. Beer is a pale to light gold, slightly hazy.
S: Lemon from the Sorachi Ace hops and strawberry/melon from the Huell Melon hops. Fresh yeastiness. Pilsner wheat.
T: Generally follows nose with light fruit flavors noted above forward and the pils and wheat providing sweet counterbalance. A little bit of yeasty, spicy character on finish, but all fits in the main scheme quite well.
F: Light to medium body. Medium carbonation. Everything in balance and well-constructed. Very drinkable and crisp.
O: Do not ignore Aslin's non-IPA beers, which often sell out within hours. This was on tap for two weeks and is very good, especially in summer.
