Very good beer if you're into sweet and sours. Not my kinda speed so I could really only handle one but I'd imagine if you like sour beers then you'd love this one.

L - Rich red with pink hues - a large pink frothy head. Looks like a fruit smoothie.
S - Ripe, sweet raspberries
T - Ripe, sweet. but tart raspberries dominate throughout with just a slight hint of lime and salt, as well as as little bit of wheat.
F - Medium to full bodied bodied with a low to moderate amount of carbonation - smooth, rich, creamy.
O - An incredible gose with tons of fruit flavor - it might as well be a smoothie.

16 oz can poured into nonic pint, no canned on date.

A: Very small slightly off white head that dissipates to a film. The body is a thick red purple bruised plum color.

S: Raspberries for miles almost a jam quality to the nose. I don't get much else.

T: Lots of nice raspberry I don't pick up any of the lime, not as sweet as I would have thought from the nose. not as sour as I would have liked, but it's subtle and there. The beer has a nice saline quality to the finish.

M: Medium bodied pushed towards lighter by the refreshing saline finish.

O: While, i think the line between berliner Weiss and Gose get blurred to oblivion anymore by American brewers this is a nice beer. Was I wishing it was more sour? Absolutely, but i like it wasn't too sweet. Not a bad beer at all. I am very partial to raspberry though.

Can:
Opaque pink purple, head is decent, and ends in a medium collar that doesn’t provide lacing.

Nose is big on raspberry with a nice lime component. The fruits dominate, with perhaps just a little wheat component.

Taste is tart, but not too tart. Raspberry and lime play well together to produce this. The combo has a pseudo-sour watermelon thing going on. A bit thicker feel that a typical Gose, but it’s smooth as well, with prickly carbonation; a give and take here.

I don’t see this as sweet as others do, but I don’t get hardly any salt in individual sips. There seems to be a light salinity that sneaks up on me as I drink, however.

Ok, I quite enjoyed this beer, but to me it’s more of a tart fruit beer. It doesn’t quite fit the style, classically, for me, but it is a tasty beverage.

Well if this isn't the prettiest beer you ever saw...

It pours right in between pink and purple. Blended smoothie looking even, as it is completely opaque, but clean looking. A frothy pink head comes and goes quickly, and leaves no trace behind.

It smells exactly as advertised. Tart, raspberry, lime. Refreshing and thirst quenching, just as its image would indicate.

And it does. Raspberry is clearly the driving force behind this brew. I must admit, the lime and salinity are totally subdued, but a nice mellow wheat malty presence bring this flavor smorgasbord to even keel.

It is very dry, and light, and refreshing. Slightly tart even, but hardly salty as I was expecting. Very highly carbonated, which gives it a wonderful soft and dry feel.

Overall, this is a lovely beer. Almost hard to call it a gose though, as than salinity severely lacks. It seems to me to be right between a framboise and a flavored gose, which suits me just fine due to it's superb delicious nature and drinkability. Thanks again Craig. Cheers!

Look- Juice. Very light head, faint lacing of white

Smell- Fruit, fruit, and more fruit.

Taste- Muted sour taste, overwhelmed by the fruit. Tart lime works well, and the rich tones of raspberry is delightful.

Feel- Light carbonation; this is like a party in your mouth.

Overall- Fun beer, juicy!
