Looks nice, smell of sulfur/eggs. Taste is confusing. Drinkable but just ok.

On tap, pours a hazy yellow gold with a finger of white foam. Smell and taste are dominated by the lemon. Not getting much coconut. Tart, pleasant, low ABV beer, good for a hot day.

Back in the day, when Berliner weisses were just a German thing and weren't trendy, they were base beers, and then at the bar you could add syrup to them for flavor. Their merits were judged as that of the base beer, not of each variant.
So, okay. This is about as boilerplate of a Belienr as you can get in the US, not at all withstanding my annoyance of creating a new beer listing for each new alteration.
Pours a little hazed for the style, but okay. Smells tart. In the flavor, the tartness is pierced and balanced somewhat by the coconut. But the lemon is still the main takeaway,
Utterly disposable, in 2016.

On tap at brewery:
Little headless, but proper color and significant cloudiness.
Nose is powerfully tart, but almost all sour, no malt base coming through.
Quite lemony sour, just a twinge of sour milk/cheese near the end. No coconut coming through. Sour dominates so the wheat/malt never comes out.
Little too sour or at least not balanced enough to style. Add a little salt to soften it and coriander, and I'd probably really enjoy it as a Gose. Also wish the coconut at least showed a little.

The beer pours a nice and white head that dissipates very quickly. The beer itself is an interesting and nice looking cloudy, slightly pale yellow that definitely looks in place during the summer weather (and probably more so during the day).
The smell is very good. It's a delicious mixture of coconut, lemon, and tart that really gives a nice tropical vibe to it. The coconut note is extremely subtle and comes in more towards the end. The lemon mixes well with the tart and that there is a bit of a salty smell as well.
The taste is good. The taste is mainly lemon and tart with a bit of salt to it. Unfortunately, the coconut gets lost in all of that and comes in towards the end but still fairly subtle. It's still good though and works but not to my personal preference. There also happens to be this slight honey taste towards the end and that mixes rather well with lemon notes.
The feel is good and works for the style. It's a light bodied beer with biting carbonation and very dry finish.
Overall, another good beer from Aslin and a delicious one to boot. It's definitely a refreshing beer worth having during a hot day.

32 oz. crowler purchased at brewery on 8/18. Poured into Lower Forge round glass.
L: 2F head with no retention, lacing, cap, or ring, typical of this style. Beer is a very pale straw.
S: Lemon, sour yeast, pils and wheat malts, and a tiny hint of coconut.
T: Pretty much follows nose. Lemon and sour yeast could have been really strong together, but I think they hit just about the right note with it. Coconut comes in very late and is subtle, which I also think is the way to go.
F: Light body, light to medium carbonation. Decent drying but the right amount of lemon and coconut lingering on the palate. Not much to mitigate the sour if you don't like that sort of thing, gonna be a personal preference here. Very crisp and refreshing on a hot day. Drinking this crowler at 3.5% ABV was no problem at all.
O: Creative combination from a creative company. Think it is handled as well as can be. Probably will stay on hand for a few days if you live in the area, as folks seem more into their IPAs than this, but everything they make is worth drinking.
