Smell: dank earthy tropical fruits pineapple mango
Taste: upfront over ripe pineapple and mango middle of the mouth earthy fresh cut grass bubblegum finishes with some darkness and a mild grapefruit bitterness.
Feel: light medium body said ft mouthfeel pretty dry finish.
Overall: this is really nice not on the top tier level of NE IPA's but still really enjoyable.

Pours a hazy golden orange. Aroma, is of peaches and grapefruit and mango taste is real similar. No bitterness. This is a juice bomb. Very delicious. Mouthfeel is smooth and bubbly soapy. Overall. Fantastic. One of the best IPAs I've had.

32 oz. crowler purchased 9/1/16 and poured into Teku glass. Fancy!
This is another of their single-hop IPA series where they don't tell you what the hop is.
L: 2F soapy head with pretty good retention, leaving spotty lacing and a ring. Beer is a hazy amber.
S: Orange, mandarin orange, grapefruit + some earthiness. I have a pretty good guess...
T: Generally follows nose. Some good dank earthiness as it moves through. Surprisingly watery, which is a first (for me) for this brewery and unfortunately is going to result in a deduction.
F: Light bodied, light carbonation. Less than ideal balance and construction. Flavors don't really come through as they should and this seems more like a Session APA than anything else, but lacks the crispness and drying.
O: So I am saying the mystery hop is Warrior. I could be wrong. Lots of hops out there and I am by no means an expert. The beer? A little bit on the timid side for Aslin after looking and smelling so good.

Poured from the crowler into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Leaks quite a bit on the rim.
Turbid yellow, with a solid murky appearance for the body color. Head creation is a decent three fingers, but is incredibly soapy and bubbly with little retention.
New hop aroma is a nice mix of earth and tropics, some slight hints pickle and brine. Sort of a more tropical pineapple version of somewhat Nelson Sauvin it seems like but far juicier. Quite inviting and decent, seems considerably larger than the abv is rated at.
Very nicely light bodied in pale ale mouthfeel. Classic juiced up hop front, small sense of tangerine orange on first sips, and washes with a good amount of citrus in the middle. Finishes very quick, a bit of sweet grain tasting finish sort of a white icing sugar but hints towards more caramel flavor. Hint of a bit of just a hair of playful carbonation, slight tingle in the front tongue which makes for a good bit of fun.
Comes out like a very decent amped pale ale, but also drinks very easily and heartily. Wish the beer just didn't look so bad.
