Fantastic. Strong coffee character with the coconut playing perfectly in the background

One inch of chestnut foam head suddenly collapses after about half a minute. A thin ring is all that is left on a PBGC "Sparkles" Mug. The beer itself is dark brown (SRM 28-31).
Roasted cashews and hazelnuts combine with dark coffee. Other aromas include light, toasted coconut that becomes slightly stronger with warmth.
The flavor is that of dark wheat bread with notes of toffee, coffee, and peanut skins.Again, there is a light, though building, flavor of toasted coconut. Overall, the beer is more sweet than bitter, with neither being very strong. The finish is long, mild, and sweet.
A medium to full body, with soft, creamy, almost marshmallowy texture. Carbonation is light and alcohol is well below expectation.
This is a real nice drinking beer that would be an excellent choice for winding down with colleagues, or better yet, on a Saturday afternoon while watching Spring Training.
Thank you to Dave for this trade.

Poured a brown body with minimal head and no lace. Aroma is coffee-esque with hints of dark, bitter chocolate. Smooth, thick, has a coconut milk/lactic slickness to it that makes it easy to drink and adds sweetness to it; also, adds balance to beer and makes the really dry, quasi-harsh coffee taste more mellow and palatable. Finishes dry and is real enjoyable.

Admittedly this is not my favorite style.
