A Wheat Double Pale Ale, our collab with RAR, Type At Me Bro?! This beer is the the third beer we used Saccharomyces Trois as the yeast, which produces delicate characteristics of citrus, mango, and pineapple. We used double the hops in the whirlpool than we usually do and we used Citra, Summer, Nelson & Columbus. This beer is not dry hopped to allow the Sach Trois yeast esters to really come through!

Pours a true hazy golden hue. Some berry aroma. It doesn't emanate. There's like a Twizzler cherry character to it. It's dry and lightly bitter, but there's also a weird nail polishy finish. While I appreciate the experimentation with Sacch Trois, I'm not left liking or enjoying this one.

16 oz. can dated 5/16/17. Poured into Teku glass. Collaboration with RAR.
L: Big 3F head with good retention, leaves sheets of lacing and a cap and ring. Beer is a clear gold.
S: Yeast and tropical scents, like pineapple and mango.
T: Pretty much the same as the nose. Flavors really are very soft and rounded, there's nothing bold or in your face in this one. The sour/wild aspect definitely is restrained as well, though certainly present in the taste profile.
F: Medium bodied, light to medium carbonation. Good construction and balance. Drinks well for high ABV, which you really don't notice until it's too late.
O: This is dependent on your preference for subtle as opposed to bold. It's definitely a different take on a DIPA.
