Double India Pale Ale with double the amount of oats we normally use and hopped with Citra and a touch of Simcoe. The result is a beer with a YUGE mouth feel and notes of peach, mango, pineapple, and a pine bitterness.

From the pint can, it pours a hazy amber color with a very nice, long lasting, just off-white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. The nose gets a nice citrus, after the head allows you to smell it. The mouth follows with a pleasant, mouth cleansing, citrusy and yet a bit malty brew. The brew is medium bodied and leaves a very minor citrusy aftertaste.

Canned 8/27/24 (day 240 of 2024) if I correctly decoded the Aslin timestamp (2424012.05).
L: Pours a hazy dark orange with a big off-white fluffy head that retains well. Thin and spotty lacing.
S: Aromas of ripe peaches and apricot.
T: The peach and apricot medley continues up front, and it's very smooth. A little sweetness in the middle, probably inevitable given the 8.7% ABV. Finishes dry but without bitterness. Zero alcohol heat.
F: Medium mouthfeel and carbonation.
O: Remarkably drinkable for the ABV.

A: The beer is very hazy pale dark yellow in color. It poured with a short white head that left lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lychee are present in the nose along with notes of passion fruit.
T: The taste has flavors of lime and grapefruit citrus along with notes of mangos and hints of pine. A light to moderate amount of bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels a bit more than medium-bodied on the palate and is little juicy with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This IPA is very prominently hopped and has bold and assertive flavors.
Serving type: can

Pours hazy medium orange gold color with a 2 finger soapy head. Aroma is somewhat punchy with orange and pineapple notes. Taste is similar with a markedly sweeter pineapple flavor dominating over floral orange notes that some out more in the finish. Feel is very soft and moderately bitter with a alcohol burn in the finish, which is expected. This is a tasty beer, on the sweet side which is not my fave. However it tastes great for those who don't mind a burn.

I disagree this is not a vapid dipa. Cloudy golden body with a solid white head. Getting plenty of pine, peach, mango, grapefruit zest, pineapple, and bitter hops. Taste adds lychee to the mix but otherwise the same, pine and hops bitters come in even before the finish to mix things up. Body is well balanced, medium, hoppy and chewy.

A - Heavy haze that's medium golden yellow with dense, but thin ring of lacing.
S - Peach, mango, and some pineapple on the nose.
T - Mango, papaya, peach, and some juicy pineapple. Tropical fruitiness from start to finish and ends with light pine bitterness that lingers with balancing sweetness. Delicate lingering resiny berry in the background.
M - Big medium body that's a little chewy.
O - This is a fantastic D-IPA and highly recommended.

Undated can into pint glass. Pours a very hazy amber with a long-lasting, off-white head. Great lacing. Initial impression is very juicy mango, grapefruit, orange, and caramel. Mouthfeel is thick and sticky. Finish starts off sweet, gradually fading to a slightly bitter citrus rind. My first Aslin beer and it's a good one!

5 oz pour on tap. Lots of tropical fruit in the aroma and flavor along with some citrus and a semi-sweet malt backbone. Mouthfeel is full and creamy and hides the 8.7% abv well. Solid (D)NEIPA.
