There Gose The Diet. This Gose was inspired by the Moscow Mule Cocktail. We added fresh ginger and lime to mimic the Mule taste. We collabed with Buffalo Wing Factory and Ashburn Wine Shop on this beer! There Gose The Diet is a beer that we are donating 100% of the proceeds to the charity Wade's Army. Big thanks to Craig for the can!
Looks like straight up unfiltered lemon juice.
Smells as advertised: lime and ginger, but my perception says the dominance is in favor of the ginger. Fresh smelling.
Flavor follows with the ginger only slightly being in favor on this sense. Once the intensities die down, a sweet wheat graininess comes through.
I refrained from mentioning it before, but holy hell this thing has a pucker! Tart, sour, and salty explosion which is eventually met by that grainy sweetness in the end. Kind of a slick, more full feel than your average Gose, but very drinkable nonetheless.
Pretty nice beer here. Kind of reminds me of you classic Kombuchas, but that grainy sweet element on the back end is a good reminder that it's not.
Cheers.

Poured from the can into a wheat ale glass.
Pale lemon with a nice glow, and a bit of clarity. Sharp bright white head and a frothy richness, settling easily to a nice half finger fine white puck. Small mix of soda and fine carbonation, very nice looker.
Lots of "notes" on this aroma. Touches of ginger and lime, a bit of salt brine as well. Definitely goes into that almost ginger ale territory as well. Flirting light acidic notes, but goes into a more piercing ginger sweetness and nearly cola.
Palate is a bit muddied up it seems. A decent dense chewy body, with light touches and feel. Palate seems to generate a lot of noise. Gaseous lime and touches of cola ginger ale flavor. A bit of almost muddy and earthy sourness, like sourdough bread that hasn't risen or something. Burnt grass strangely as well it seems on the finish, but not overly bad in taste.
This is a very odd gose, and seems just to be going in a lot of different directions that don't make it too grounded. Drinkable at least, and things could be far worse.

This gose is flavored with lime and ginger and maybe a hint of mint? The balance of flavors is really perfect. Its hard to get the amount of lime right in a beer, and ginger can be unpredictable. After tasting this other goses and sours seem crude. This beer has a faint haze that makes it catch light and glow. Special all around.

Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a very slightly hazy body with very little lacing. Nose of citrus and slight ginger. Very nice taste of tart lime and bite from the ginger. Good feel for the style and overall, a nice job.

The beer pours a very fizzy white bubbly head that dissipates very quickly. The beer itself is an interesting look. It's a pretty cloudy and hard to see through beer with a pretty nice pale straw yellow color. It definitely looks nice even though it isn't quite to standard.
The smell and taste are fantastic since they both replicate a Moscow Mule as advertised. The strongest notes are ginger and lime that come to the front with a good salty and tart follow up. There is a slight hint of mint but it is largely hidden.
The feel is light with a light body. The beer has an acidic feel to it and a slight salty burn but it works well. It has a pretty dry finish.
Overall, a pretty unique and interesting beer that is completely worth getting one's hands on before it's gone. The flavor and smell notes so uncannily resemble what it claims to resemble while maintaining what people expect from a beer.

Can dated 7/25:
Pours a white haze with some pale yellow thrown in. The white head builds to about a finger and a half. It holds for a little while, but cannot last the whole pour, even in a nucleated glass - no lacing.
Nose is a combination of lime and ginger with a very light salinity. The lime is easily the most dominant, and while the ginger is quite noticeable, the combination gives me an overall impression of juniper. Not sure if there's anything additional (maybe the coriander that is a part of the standard gose) that is helping this impression.
Taste is similarly heavy on the lime - more evident when colder. The Ginger bite is up front, but the flavor plays second fiddle. In some respects, there's an aspect of a radler here, but any sweetness is replaced by ginger spice, enhancing the tart aspect. There is a minute salt taste that lingers behind the two main components to catch my palate as the beer goes out the door. Feel is light, puckering, with a spice bite that pricks more than the tickling carbonation.
A very good flavored beer that more or less has the basics of the base beer included. The added items shine, though, at least this early after canning.
