16oz can dated 10/12 poured into a oversized wine glass

L - Beet red, very aesthetically pleasing. Leaves very small amounts of lacing on glass
S - Plum wrapped in a cherry coating. Not overpowering aroma, just enough for you to be serenaded
T - Refreshing, acidic cherry mixes well with the plum's calm presence
F - Crisp and delicious. Could drink these all day, even in winter
O- I don't usually buy Berliner Weiss from Aslin but this time I did and I'm pleasantly surprised. I will keep an eye out for them from now on

16 oz. can purchased at brewery. Canned 10/12/17 and poured into Belgian ale glass.

L: 2F foamy head, not much retention or lacing. Leaves thin ring. Beer is a hazy pinkish copper.

S: Mostly sour cherry. A little bit of plum and yeast.

T: Tart cherry predominates, some malt and yeast and a little bit of plum.

F: Light bodied, lively carbonation. Good construction and balance. Crisp and refreshing.

O: Definitely recommend with Japanese or other Asian food.
