16 oz. can from 10/27/17 release. Poured into Belgian ale glass.

L: Hazy pale yellow (they filter nothing, LOL). Nice 2F+ foamy white head, with sheets of lacing and a cap and ring.

S: Nice hoppy lemon and grapefruit, maybe white wine. Pilsner malts and lager yeast.

T: Follows nose, very pleasant citrus opening followed by malty and yeasty breadiness. Slightly bitter finish, probably less so than your traditional Pils.

F: Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Very good construction and balance. Drinks insanely well.

O: Everyone loves Aslin's IPAs, but I wish they would make more of these. You need a break from the hops every now and then and this delivers wonderfully.
