L - Hazy golden with a hint of clarity (somewhat rare for Aslin's beers) with a thick, creamy off-white head that sticks around and leaves a lot of lacing behind.
S - TONS of rich vanilla, tropical fruits, mango, pineapple, some piney hops
T - Follows the nose: tons of vanilla up front and throughout, tropical fruits - mango, pineapple, some orange along with piney hops (which are somewhat subdued due to the vanilla)
F - Medium to full bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation. Soft, rich, creamy.
O - A really nice, rich, soft DIPA that tastes pretty close to a creamcicle.

Thanks Drew.
Treated as an imperial IPA/New England styled IPA, this was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was murky/cloudy dark burnt orange color with a sly cap of a little off white foamy head. This quickly slid off to leave some messy yet filmy lace coating my glass.
The aroma seemed to front a fair amount of vanilla bean then grassy to lemony hops find their way in with some pineapple flesh and orange pulp.
The flavor moderately leaned into the sweet pineapple to vanilla beany-ness. Then there's the super weird aftertaste of long dry vanilla bean that seems like it wasn't roasted at all and thus ending up producing a slight metallic sort of character, I somewhat accepted this.
The mouthfeel felt good. I'd say this was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Nice and low carbonation with an appropriate ABV. Finish was super dry with some chilled pineapple crisp to vanilla beany-ness.
Overall, best thing about this beer is it's aroma and feel. That aftertaste is throwing the flavor off in this a bit. Maybe again.

Different than most strong IPAs. Less head which I don’t like but much more fruit. Pineapple and oranges and tangerines and even coconut. Tastes tropical but feels flat
