Appearance - pours murky yellow like grapefruit juice. Big white fluffy head good amount of lacing all around the glass.
Aroma - getting a grape almost muscadine aroma. light bitter grapefruit and some orange peel, light floral aroma. The alcohol is slightly noticeable under the bitter citrus aroma.
Taste - Taste is almost the same as the aroma. Grape up front followed by big citrus peel and a mild orange flavor. It taste like the underlying sweetness wants to poke through but the bitterness holds it back. The alcohol again comes out on the finish.
Feel - Medium bodied well carbonated pretty bitter dry finish.
Overall - A well done DIPA would like to have seen a little more juice to balance the bitterness but still a solid offering.

Boom. Pours golden big two finger head. Awesome lacing that holds its place after each sip. Aroma grapefruit, citrus and a faint white wine. Taste follows the nose with tangerine. Best I’ve had so far from aslin.

Hazy golden-yellow pour with a decent frothy head from a semi-aggressive pour. Lots of lacing. Grapefruit and almost a fruity wine nose from this beer, it's more complex than I am knowing enough to describe. Bitterness and a touch of sweetness come through in taste with citrus, grape and pine. Creamy goodness with perfect carbonation and and balance. Smooth and incredibly drinkable! Another winner from Aslin!

From a growler scored at Dominion (of course), pours a fully hazed lemon-gold. A finger of white foam leaves spots of lacing. Smell is big and complex, with tons of great Nelson character: white grape, honeydew melon, passionfruit and a green herbal quality. A bit of dank pine as well. Taste follows, with a solid but not excessive grapefruit pith bitterness.
Feel is smooth, rich and creamy, yet still super drinkable. I've gotta say this may be one of my favorite Aslin beers ever. Like OG Aslin. Hope they make it again. Good job guys!

Crowler had 2 days after fill:
A very cloudy shake-like pale yellow with significant head buildup in a fairly aggressive pour. Lacing is very good.
I get a melon-sweet grapefruit nose. I get a little bitterness that comes through as grape leaves-like bitter greenness. Warmth brings a very little sweetness into play - maybe a green pineapple scent with the other aromas.
A medium-thick feel that could be perceived as higher but I get a light peppering from the carbonation. A oat-like coating lingers.
Taste starts with a melon and oat dry opening. Grapefruit rind and that grape leave bitter herbal-like aspect comes in and grows next. A little twinge of tart or tang comes out before this bitter turn after the beer warms a little. The carbonation cleans this up a bit to allow for a pithy grapefruit bitterness that is stronger initially than it is further down the glass.
This one doesn't come across too juicy fruity in the flavor to me. There's some aspects, but I am getting a "green" hop bitterness a little more forward and coming to me as the dominant aspect. There's some juice aspects underneath this, but not like many of their offerings.

The beer pours as very nice and white foamy head that takes a bit to dissipate but leaves a very nice lacing behind on the glass itself. The beer is a delicious lemon yellow and is very cloudy.
The smell and taste are nothing short of fantastic. The Nelson hops give a deliciously tropical fruit note in both the taste and the smell. The smell has more of a fruit note such as pineapple mixed with passion fruit. The taste, on the other hand, has more of a white wine characteristic with bits of white grape thrown in with the pineapple and passion fruit.
The feel is pretty good. It's a pretty heavy bodied beer that is fairly refereshing. There is surprisingly very little feeling from the carbonation based on the head.
Overall, this was another fantastic collaboration between Aslin and Dominion Wine and Beer. The (what I presume to be) single hopped beer tastes absolutely fantastic and worth seeking out.
