16 oz can poured into snifter glass no canned on date.

A: Nice gold body with great clarity. Looks like good carbonation Head was a Soapy white affair.

S: Lots of floral and earthy hops, with light bits of light bread like malts. Very floral and peppery hoppy nose.

T: very floral, peppery dry hops up front following mostly through the mid palate and with very light breadiness.

M: smooth clean slightly biting barnobation finishes dry.

O: This is a good representation of a Czech Pilsner. The hops really stand out in the for front just like in a Czech pils, could have been a touch more malty for my tastes.

This has a dark golden body, and a little haze, but you can easily see the carbonation streams that support a gossamer film atop the beer. Initial cap wasn't too strong, but lacing is nice.

Nose is a light bread with a very thin smear of not-too fragrant fruit. The dry grass to herbal hop notes end up taking the lead. There's a little bit of a biting hop note as well.

Near clean opening, then malt seems like it's trying to stay out of the way. It isn't completely successful, but the hops definitely bring most of the flavor to my palate. There is a little... stone fruit perhaps - white grape maybe, that joins with a dry cracker malt flavor, but they get washed aside quickly with a grassy, herbal, lightly spicy hop notes. Carbonation adds a little bite. While this is nearly clean, there's a very thin sheen of hoppiness left on my tongue.

I think the Saaz comes out well, but I wish the Pilsner malt was a little more in play.
