I love this beer from Aslin! It was in the 500mL can, idk but I think that 's it unless you go to a tap room. This is a definite mouth trip not to be missed. Has a great mouth feel with a refreshing citrus flavor .
I felt that the key lime was a little overpowering but the finish was excellent. No bitterness, very smooth.
2015 Two bro-in-law name the company after their wives maiden name in Herndon VA, now with 4 locations
I can't wait to go to a tap room near me. Bring one to Harford Co. soon! This is my first review
Thanks
Sean

Can Date: probably within the past two months
Palate Contaminants: other beer
Look is medium-dark orange. Lots of fine head, along with good lacing.
First scent is kind. It's not listed as an adjunct. I also get traces of bitter lime, as well as toasted coconut. Those are listed as adjuncts. Concentrated pine sap.
The taste is heavy on the toasted coconut. It somewhat bleeds into a general woodsy smoky flavor. Vanilla extract. Slightly sweet, astringent, and bitter on the back end. Maybe a little cinnamon, too. Mellow. Nice balance of seemingly orthogonal things, but lacking in intensity.
Although the mellow character is nice in the taste, it costs some of the aftertaste. What little carbonation is there is prickly, but it's fair to call it a smooth brew, overall.

The beer pours a nice white and bubbly head that dissipates fairly quickly while the beer itself is a cloudy dark orange.
The smell and taste are pretty good but seem to have faded a bit from when it was fresh. There good notes of coconuts and vanilla with an underlying lactose sweetness to it. The pineapple adds a good sweetness tot and there seems to be a nice lime to it as well. There is a good pineapple in the finish.
The feel is good. It's a heavy bodied beer with some light carbonation and citrus acidity to it.
It was good.

Pours a hazy golden yellow almost murky looking color with a fluffy white head that hangs around for a while. Tropical waves of coconut, pineapple, citrus and vanilla are all strong on the nose and the taste follows the nose and ingredient list all the way. Smooth and delicious this beer delivers a full and creamy mouthfeel.
I thoroughly enjoyed this offering and regret not picking up a couple more 4 packs. It may not be for everyone but it's a favorite of mine already.

One of several Aslin beers I received from a friend. Not sure what to expect here.
Pours hazy yellow/orange, with a whit head that has some staying power.
It smells fairly heady and juicy. Definitely lots of tropical-ness, and a touch of freshly grated coconut.
Evoking the flavor of toasted coconut, key lime icing, dry pineapple, and a smattering of tropical hop character here. It's a ittle juicy but almost buttery smooth (not diacetyl.) It touches all the bases of it's additional added goodies for certain.
This beer definitely has an enormous amount going on. It has a very full mouthfeel, and drinking it bombards the palate with a somewhat citric, somewhat creamy feeling.
I fully suspect this beer is not given it's due because it is somewhat gimmicky. Granted, but it's delicious, so I don't care.
