I am going to quote TheDoctor: "On the one hand, I am not terribly fond of it. On the other hand, it tastes good and I will drink it. And on a third hand, they did mostly seem to put together what it is in a cohesive way."
I do disagree with TheDoctor on one facet of this beer - there is a TON of hop character. And this was at 1 1/2 or maybe 2 months old. Upon opening the can a wave of tropical/dank hops was hugely apparent and the flavor was similar, plus the surprisingly well-balanced raspberry/vanilla/sour/lactose/milkshaky components.
TL;DR I'm glad to have tried a can of this and it was shockingly easy to drink a full 16 oz. That said, I'm not sad that I don't have three more cans.

It pours a thick-looking cloudy pink-verging-on-red with a finger and a half of faintly pink-tinted head. It has a sweet, full raspberry aroma with pez and a whiff of tropical hops that strikes a balance between almost-barely-tart and sweet. The flavor follows on the smell's heels with juice-like fruit flavors, lots of raspberries, a nutri-sweet twang and the faintest possible hint of tartness.
This is an interesting beer, though if I had it blind I don't know that I'd even peg it as beer. It is basically carbonated juice. It is tasty, but has a slight weirdness to the sweetness of the flavor that kind of traveled up my nose that reminds me of Kool-Aid powder or flavored Tums. This is a tricky one to score for me. On the one hand, I am not terribly fond of it. On the other hand, it tastes good and I will drink it. And on a third hand, they did mostly seem to put together what it is in a cohesive way. Regardless, it is a little lame that I can't really taste the IPA or the Sour in it. Just the raspberries and vanilla.

Appearance: Pours cloudy and mauve with a thin, pinkish cap; decent retention and spotty lacing
Smell: Lactic raspberry with apricot, passionfruit and pear tones
Taste: Lactic raspberry tones mix with a tropical fruit driven NE IPA; moderate bitter and sour elements co-mingle in the mid-palate, with a juicy finish; underneath, there is hint of a peach-pit flavor along with some vanilla
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body; creamy, with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: Quite an interesting hybrid; one of the more unusual things I have tasted in a while
Thanks, Slack, for the opportunity

The beer pours a nice light and white head that dissipates quickly but leaves a nice little bit on the surface. The beer itself is a nice thing to look at. It has a cloudy orangish red to it that looks nice.
The smell is good with a moderately tart raspberry note with some sugary sweetness to it. The vanilla is definitely there but incredibly light in comparison to the raspberry.
The taste is the same with a moderate raspberry note with a touch of vanilla to it.
The mouthfeel has a medium body that is carbonated with a slightly sticky finish to it.
Overall, decent and worthwhile but nothing crazy.

Poured from a 16oz can into a nonic pint glass. Thanks Brian for leaving this in my fridge :P
Pours a cranberry body with a two finger light pink head that reduces to a ring of foam, no lacing.
Aromas are sweet and grainy, berries and tropical punch.
Taste is on the sweet side, very much like juicy juice with a subtle hop bite on the finish. Also a bit grainy with biscuit notes and a touch of vanilla. Mouthfeel is light-ish with low carbonation.
This was alright, very fruity and juice-like. Not sure I’d call it a wild or an IPA

Huge thanks to my man Erik...who just got into brew and has now hit every worthy brewery this fine country has to offer...and Aslin was a recent stop on his journey. Thanks for sharing all the brews bud! Not sure on the age on this one, I know he went a few weeks ago so take it with a grain of salt.
This one is drinking like a champ. Like arasoberry infused ipa. Vanilla and lactose add a nice soury kick. Enjoyable.
