Draught 8oz snifter at Wet City in Baltimore. Raspberry & white chocolate evenly on the nose. Raspberry more dominant on the tongue. Vanilla? This VERY dessert stout feels incredible.

16oz. can served in my Spiegelau tulip. Pours an inky black with a loose, fizzy, half inch, mocha-colored head that quickly disperse into tight, fizzy band around the shoulders. Surface presents an oily swirl. Nose expresses cocoa, char and sweet berry notes. There's also a suggestion of white chocolate or vanilla in the background. Taste consistent with nose; however, the raspberry really pops in the flavor profile and sweet vanilla creme follows close behind. Finish is sugar sweet. Mouthfeel is medium in body with a mild, even carbonation and an oily texture. Overall, a topnotch Imperial Stout. I was leery of the raspberry because it often comes off as artificial in beers of this kind; however, not in this case.

1 PINT can
Served in a snifter

This beer just looks thick while pouring it. It is jet black and very little tan head appears on top of it.

The smell is roasted malt/coffee, raspberry, vanilla, and chocolate.

The taste is chocolate, raspberry, coffee, and vanilla.

Full bodied with a thick, viscous mouthfeel

This stout may cause a diabetic coma. The abv is hidden by the dessert characteristics of this beer. That being said, I do like a strong, desserty, imperial stout every now and then.
