The brew pours is mango-colored and opaque with no visible carbonation and an aroma of gingerbread and grapefruit zest.
The favor is of a Christmas cookie with pecan. There is a back-line of citrus and tropical fruit.
The hop bitterness is low.
This is an odd one.

Very different tasting beer but good in a weird way. Not the type of beer where you have like 6 of them in one sitting haha

L - Creamy, opaque light yellow with somewhat of a clarity and a thin off-white head that dissipates somewhat quickly leaving behind some lacing.
S - Lots of rich fall spices - particularly cinnamon and maple on the nose along with citrus/tropical fruit notes - nice smell but the tropical fruit notes seem off with the richness of the fall spices.
T - Fall spices up front - the cinnamon and maple really stick out but there's tropical fruit on the back end - pineapple, melon, and some mango
F - Medium bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O - A nice NEIPA, but it feels somewhat at odds with itself in terms of flavor profile - rich, warm fall flavors and tropical paradise NEIPA notes.
