We took No Backsies and added a touch of blood orange to create a slightly citrus version of this beer.

Appearance: Pours a slightly hazy goldenstraw with a one finger head; nice retention and splashy lacing
Smell: The anticipated aromatics of wheat bread, banana and coriander are supplemented by the piquant blood orange tones
Taste: The wheat bread flavors move in a somewhat sour direction; spicy, with the coriander and blood orange building; the orange lingers, as well, into the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: The banana never appears in the flavor profile though, oddly, it did make its presence felt in the aromatics; the mouthfeel also lacked the creamy character I look for in the style
