Appearance: Pours relatively clear (but with a lot of flocculated yeast in suspension) and golden colored with a two finger head; squiggly lacing
Smell: Guava and vanilla predominates with passion fruit offsetting the sweetness; there is an orange aspect as well
Taste: The guava and vanilla present first, creating a pastelitos effect; through the middle, the passion fruit adds moderate bitterness, offsetting the sweeter tones; juicy, orange flavors, accentuated by the lactose, build through the finish
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Really enjoyable, reminiscent of one of those Latin tropical fruit juice drinks made with milk
Thanks, Frogger27, for the opportunity

Appearance is like a concentrated orange juice that didn't quite get all the way back to it's regular color (in other words, slightly dark). Fair amount of fine head, but not a whole lot of lacing.
Smell is starchy banana, as well as guava and bitter orange. They're so strong that they don't leave room for much else. Powder sugar sweetness.
First taste is great. It reminds me of a peach cobbler, with a moderately sweet crust made with pastry flour. Tropical fruits like guava and papaya heavily color the flavor of said dessert, of course. Powdered sugar holds over from the nose, and it's joined by a little moss. So the start is great, but the back is bitter orange juice, shading toward white grapefruit. The initial taste is still around, but the before and after clash.
Smoothie-like weight. Fine carbonation at first, but a little prickly with a swish around the mouth. Bitterness of the orange fades in the aftertaste, leaving something that's pleasant enough, and it's actually pretty well balanced. Grassy flavor, too. Minimal alcohol.

Cloudy and bright orange with aromas of vanilla and guava exploding for the glass, this beer is an absolute joy to look at and smell.
The taste is all vanilla up front, a nice melange of juice in the middle, and then a surprisingly tart finish. Not a regular IPA bitterness, not the rounded smoothness of some of the finer NEIPAs, but a true pucker your lips tartness.
Overall, this is a winner. Aslin finds a way to use vanilla without it being overpowering and this is another example of it truly complementing the fruits/hops. Sweet and refreshing.

Loved how it evolves, since the can is open a light smell of guava emerges. Once poured, at first, a citric and hopy sensation fills the mouth. After that, a strike of vanilla followed by a festival of tropical flavors in milky low carbonation: “Guayaba” y “Maracuyá”! An splendid beer that can be used as the perfect aperitif. Share it with friends!

16 oz can from 8/16/18 release. Poured into Belgian ale glass.
L: Scant 2F head, leaves sheets of white lacing and a cap and ring. Ultra hazy golden orange.
S: Tropical fruits, vanilla, lactose. Mighty good stuff.
T: As usual, vanilla hits first, followed by tropical fruits, especially passionfruit. Creamy sweet dairy taste, but fortunately pretty neutral on finish and not cloying.
F: Medium body, light carbonation. Good construction and balance though maybe a tad astringent.
O: Another nice collaboration.
