Collaboration with Hidden Springs Ale Works
Sour ale with raspberry, hazelnut, chocolate and milk sugar. The tart from the raspberry is balanced out nicely from the chocolate and hazelnut with a nice creamy mouthfeel from the milk sugar.

Can into imperial Pint
Look: Hazy Purple pink color pouring a 1/2 finger head which dissipated into nothing
Smell: Blueberry, raspberry, alot of hazelnut, and some milk chocolate. Some citric acid
Taste: Light tartness with raspberry soda. Fades to toasted malt, hazelnut and light chocolate. Exactly like those Kinder Bueno bars
Feel: Light-medium body with moderate carbonation and smooth finish
Overall: Taste way better than it smells. Interesting choices that match really well together

A: A dullish deep pink color, similar to grapefruit flesh. It forms a very short-lived head of pinkish-white head that recedes to nothing moments later.
S: The aroma is an area in which this drink shines--the scent of chocolate and hazelnut blend well and can create the 'coconut-like' scent, settling in to the fruity scent. As it breathes, the scent of raspberry becomes more apparent.
T + M: The nose doesn't give away the tartness to follow in a taste--sour raspberry dominates the flavor over the tongue, though is tempered on the finish by the chocolate/hazelnut flavor. The mouthfeel is heavier than most in the style, though it seems fitting in this instance. A zip of carbonation to begin, quickly mellowing into a creaminess and smooth finish.
An excellent brew and a great choice when looking for something different--well-balanced and crafted with care.

Pours a hazy red color with a short lived pink head. Leaves almost no lacing within a min. A blast of raspberries and coconut on the nose which was not what I expected. Especially the coconut-like aroma. Taste is once again of raspberries, coconut, grapefruit and a tartness of lime. Mouthfeel is excellent with a very smooth, creamy texture.

Grapefruit red pour with light pink head that fades pretty quick. Smells like strawberries and cream, with light nutty vanilla.. taste departs from the nose with the tart raspberry, which is tempered by that hazlenut smoothness. Pretty thick mouthfeel for a sour. Nice beer
