Kasai Rex is a Double IPA, and just like the legendary creature it's named after, this IPA has a massive body from doubling the amount of oats in it. It is assertively hopped with Simcoe and Enigma, which results in some sticky and resinous notes of peach and pine. It'll make you reminisce about that picture you took of the big burly dinosaur out in the Congo... At least, when you supposedly did.
