L-The beer pours gold with a pinkish tinge depending on the lighting. The head is a very modest half finger of big white bubbles. The head recedes quickly to a thin ring. No lacing is present.
S- Nose is very white wine/ champagne like. Duh...I know. Think white grapes and that musty smell I get from the yeast.
T- Flavor is less wine like than those nose. It's a little duller but with similar qualities. A decent dryness is present, but not overwhelming.
F-Mouthfeel overall is light. Carbonation is prickly and medium in intensity. Dryness invites further sips.
O-Nose is good, but it's lacking something in the flavor department. I've had better examples to be sure. Not recommended. Aslin makes much better beer than this one. Buy those instead.

On tap:
In the bar lighting, this has an obvious rose-accented orange, though when held to the light, the beer seems just oddly reddish orange. I had a full pour, but the head seems willing to check in only from the side, unless requested via agitation.
Nose is fairly neutral on sweet/bitter, with a lightly tart fruit overall impression. Digging in, there’s a more dull (Brut aspects perhap) fruit aspect - I’d say tropical/melon/citrus/peach like in that order, but it’s fairly generic and non-specific to my nose.
Taste starts neutral with a decent dry lean... allowing a somewhat peachy/nectarine note to come forward (contradicting my nose a tad). A very light crackery malt supports the mildly tart white-wine well enough. A very light carbonation is a tad more reminiscent of wine than beer. Some tannins seem to enter mid-late taste along with a red grape or white cherry note, which effectively helps to more fully dry out a beer that was fairly dry to start.
A nice beer to pair with with a light meal, I think. I chose it for that reason and found it fitting. New style is hard to really decide when to give credit or detract, but this was interesting, at least.
