The ancient ancestor of the modern day Kangaroo, a VelociRabbit was notorious for herding large amounts of Beach Chickens to their demise. This lower ABV IPA is the little brother of Laser Raptors. Using the same amounts of Mosaic, Simcoe and Chinook as Laser Raptors, this beer has a powerful berry aroma and nice pine note. The oats and wheat maintain the creamy mouthfeel that Laser Raptors is known for, lending the lower ABV the ability to make a crispy break just as the hops surprise your palate.

Very good NEIPA. Had a pint at the Blue Ridge Grill in Leesburg, VA. This beer featured a hazy yellow/light tan color (like a cardboard box) and a good sized foamy white head. Head retention was better than average and there was some bands of lacing on the glass. Aroma and taste were bursting with fruit flavor - citrus (grapefruit) and some berry flavor. There was a trace of pine here also. Bitterness level was fairly low. Mouthfeel was crisp and light with the fruit taking precedence over the bitterness. More juicy and bright than many NEIPAs. Excellent flavors, good brew.

VelociRabbit
Aslin Beer Company
IPA - American
Thick and smooth feeling, golden grains of the summertime field, wheat, spelt and pilz malt balance. Hops are piney, sour citrus and tangy wild fruit based. Light ABV for a hazy NE.. but Pale Ale style, not IPA has a relaxed vibe to it.
