Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on March 2, 2020. A sour ale with plum, blueberry, peach, vanilla and milk sugar. This dessert style ale is made to mimic the perfect summer fruit tart. Bright, fruity and slightly acidic with a delicious vanilla cream to balance it all out.

Pours a Ruby grapefruit color. A short white head fades with nice lacing.

Smell is dark stone fruit, way overripe peaches. A lighter vanilla note

Taste is solid, with a ton of brightness that I didn't expect from the smell, but did expect from the look. Relatively low funk, but it's there, and balanced really well against the bright fruits. Raspberry, peach, strawberry. After taste of fermented fruits.

The feel is great. Prickly carbonation in the mouth. Definitely not over carbonated. A pretty full and thick body makes you feel like you're having a fruit smoothie.

I personally head more for the funkier wilds, but I can't deny this is an incredibly well crafted beer. I would love to have a cooler of this at a BBQ or picnic in the summer.
