Pours pale yellow with a 2" white head, which lasts. Heavy lacing. Slight haze. Suspended particles.
Aroma is floral, strawberry, vanilla.
Taste is a cobination of sweet and bitter. Strawberry, vanilla.
Medium body, lively carbonation. Semisweet & bitter finish.
Interesting take on an IPA. It works reasonably well.

Pours a very hazy pale straw color with a good thick white foamy head. Aroma of pineapple, berries and candy. Taste is a little strange...to begin with quite sweet like candy and tropical fruit especially pineapple and strawberry but followed by a bitter unbalanced taste for the finish.

Poured from a tallboy can into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Hazed golden pour with 2 fingers of fluffy white head.
S: Strawberries and sweetness. Grains and fruity hops.
T.F: Strong strawberry presence up front. Light bread, tropical fruits, and fruit. Medium bodied... sticky on the tongue. Marshmallow flavor comes through at the finish with lingering strawberry.
O: An outstanding collaboration beer... the strawberry/marshmallow works better than expected. A fun beer to check out.
